Our Services

Our services from Antibacter platform

One Health

Collaborating with the global One Health initiative, we harmonize human, animal, and environmental health to control infectious diseases. Our research targets avian colibacillosis and bovine mastitis, studying the virulence and AMR of APEC and MPEC strains.

Zoonotica

Major Zoonotic Infections of Pakistan

PhageoteX

PhageoteX aims to establish Pakistan’s first phage therapy center, developing a repository of locally isolated bacteriophages. We isolate and analyze phages to create therapies for MDR infections, addressing phage resistance through training.

Phageotex

PhageoteX: deals in weapons of bacterial destruction

Antibacterial Therapeutics

We develop alternative methods to combat MDR bacteria, including CRISPR-Cas genome excision, synthetic sRNA-based gene silencing, and chemical therapies like ionic liquids, offering innovative solutions for infection control.

Resistance

Antibiotic resistance is a slow pandemic, and the world needs to take it seriously before it makes things more serious for us.

CharoBacter

The CharoBacter project, funded by PepsiCo, evaluates biochar's impact on soil health and microbiota. Preliminary findings show biochar enhances soil microbial communities, particularly promoting plant-growth bacteria like Bacillus, Pseudomonas, and Rhizobium/Azotobacter.

CharoBacter

Aims to assess the impact of biochar on soil health, particularly on the soil microbiota.
