Application of phage cocktails to combat colibacillosis” Funded by zhaw Leading House Switzerland, Funding 69,000 CHF
Project Objectives:
Genomic analysis of MPEC, APEC and UPEC, Funded by Helmholtz Association Germany, Funding 17,000 Euro
Major Objectives of the proposed study are:
Awareness sessions and Trainings on zoonotic infections Funded by Swissnex Knowledge to Action (K2A) program, Switzerland, Funding 5000 USD
Project objectives:
GenomeTrackr project (WGS of food-borne pathogens) In collaboration with PennState University USA, Funded by FDA, Funding so far 40,000 USD
Major Objectives of the project:
Establishment of Phage Therapy Center at NUST Funded by RIC NUST, Funding 01 Million PKR
Project Objectives:
1) Isolation and detailed characterization of large phage collection from different habitats which are specific to the pathogenic strains causing UTI, colibacillosis, and mastitis. (The AntiBacter research lab at ASAB has already prepared a good collection of phages, which showed promising results in animal models, therefore; all the protocols have been optimized for further applications).
